While this structured series is designed to provide significant insights and progress, some people choose to continue their therapy beyond our program to further deepen their understanding and growth.

Connecting to your body can be challenging, especially if you are accustomed to thinking your way through life challenges.

This program is not recommended for someone in the early stages of addiction recovery.
In order to qualify for this program, a minimum time period of one year in active recovery is required.
Also, this program is not appropriate for someone currently in a psychiatric stabilization period and/or on mood-stabilizing psychiatric medications, such as anti-anxiety medications and antipsychotic medications. Due to the somatic nature of this type of therapy, medications that reduce or disconnect the mind from the body’s experience greatly reduce the effectiveness of this type of therapy.
